This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the Trial Court for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dindigul to dispose the case within stipulated time.

2.According to the prosecution, a case has been registered in Crime No.235 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 427, 506(ii) of I.P.C., and to that effect, a charge sheet has filed in C.C.No.11 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dindigul.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks four months time to complete the trial, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dindigul. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that respondent shall co-operate with the trial and the trial in C.C.No.11 of 2015 may be disposed of within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dindigul, to dispose the case in C.C.No.11 of 2015, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
