Prayer:-This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the copy of the documents requested by the petitioner as per petitioner's application dated 26.12.2014 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the copy of the documents requested by the petitioner as per petitioner's application dated 26.12.2014 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the application of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner, dated 26.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
