ORDER

The petitioner and others have filed a suit in O.S.No. 214 of 2009 before the Sub Court, Pudukottai, as against the respondents 2 & 4 for recovery of possession. The suit was decreed and the plaintiffs have filed an execution petition in EP.No.44 of 2016, which was also allowed on 11.12.2019. At this juncture, the respondents have a claim petition and a stay application in EA.Nos.64 & 65 of 2020. The said applications were subsequently transferred to the Sub Court, Keeranur and renumbered as EA.Nos.9 & 10 of 2022, on account of formation of a new Court at Keeranur. Since the petitioner is not able to enjoy the decree in view of the pendency of the claim petition, he has filed this revision seeking a direction for speedy disposal of the petition in EA.No.9 of 2022 in EP.No.251 of 2022 in OS.No.214 of 2009.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.This Court has perused the B-Diary extract. Taking into consideration of the fact that the suit was decreed as early as in the year 2019, the trial Court shall endeavor to dispose of the petition in EA.No.9 of 2022 in EP.No.251 of 2022 in OS.No.214 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
