The petitioner seeks limited prayer of direction by way of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to seek FMB sketch in respect of the property already surveyed on 14.03.2025.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

3.Pursuant to the survey conducted by the respondents on 14.03.2025, the petitioner has sought for a copy of the FMB sketch, in line with the survey conducted on 14.03.2025. 4.In view of the narrow scope of the relief sought for, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the first respondent to issue FMB in terms of the survey conducted on 2/5
