This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.70 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur on 12.08.2021 and it was not taken file so far.

3. Since final report has been field, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. Nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
