(MD) No. 20803 of 2021, Dated. 19.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUN SWAMINATHAN.RM., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to produce sureties as per the condition made in the order passed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD) No.20803 of 2021, dated 19.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. The second petitioner is working in Delhi and due to non leave from his company, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.20803 of 2021, dated 19.05.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.20803 of 2021, is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
