When this Court was about to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition on merits, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the presence of the petitioner may be dispensed with before the trial Court. The petitioner can file an appropriate petition before the Trial Court as and when the petitioner's presence is to be dispensed with and the same may be dealt with in accordance with law by the Trial Court. 3.It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court.
