ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 12.06.2023 and the the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Madurai in D.No.9878, dated 14.12.2023 seeking further extension of two months time to dispose the case in M.C.O.P.No.48/2017 on the file of the Motor Accident 1/3

Claims Tribunal, (Special District Court), Madurai, this Court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the Learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, seeking extension of two months time to dispose of the suit in M.C.O.P.No.48 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the Learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the Learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
