ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.4/2022, on the file of the first respondent police.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case investigation has been completed by the first respondent police and filed a final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur on 06.07.2023 and the same has not been numbered.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the trial Court is directed to process the final report, as per rules and the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if they are aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
