This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.06.2018 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint has been enquired and by accepting the statement of the parties concerned, the complaint was closed and he has also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
