Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SANTHANAM RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition no.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8245 of 2021 dated 24.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already a sum of Rs.35000/- has been recovered from A1 in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)also concedes the same that a sum of Rs.35000/- has been recovered from A1 in this case.

Recording the said submission the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.160 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 15,000/- to the credit of Crime No.160 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur . All other conditions shall remain intact. The time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
