ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9403 of 2021 petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.07.2021. The said submission is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
