ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her tenants under the guise of enquiry.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the above said case is under investigation, frequent trouble has been made by the Investigating Officer not only to the petitioner, but also to his tenants. Frequent visit has been made by the Investigating Officer to the premises and forcing the tenants to vacate the premises. 3.The respondent police is present before this Court today and submitted that about more than Rs.1 Crore is involved in this matter. Now they are taking steps to attach the properties which belongs to the accused. Only for that purpose they visited that premises. Except that there is no harassment on their side.

4.Recording the statements of the Investigating Officer, I find there is no merit in this case. This petition deserves to be dismissed. 2/4
