ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation from the third 1/4

respondent to second respondent to enquire the complaint dated 21.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the petitioner and others were attacked by the villagers, over which, the above said complaint has been given. During the course of enquiry, the Investigation Officer has advised to go before the some other forum to workout the remedy.

3. The third respondent Police is present before this Court and stated that no such advise was given to either of the parties.

4. The third respondent is directed to enquire the above said complaint in a proper manner within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Depending upon the above said enquiry further action may be taken by the Investigation Officer. There is no question of transfer of investigation at this stage, since it is the premature stage.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
