The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to conduct survey of the land comprised in survey No.3/8 situated at Kambaliyampatti Village, Kattupatti Post, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 13.03.2025.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner merely seeks disposal of the application for survey, which is pending with the respondents. 4.In view of the above, it would be sufficient to direct the first respondent with the assistance of the second respondent to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 13.03.2025, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
