Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions from 29.03.2021 to 05.05.2021 and thereafter he has not complied with the conditions.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to ill health he could not comply with the conditions. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
