ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to issue direction for strictly instructing the respondent no.3 not to harass the petitioner by way of compelling him on the basis of his representation dated 21.04.2023 in accordance with law.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is submitted that the police demanded money from the petitioner, harassed him and prevent the petitioner from running the hotel on the particular place. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is running a mobile hotel and he parked the vehicle in front of the School and the police instructed him to shift the place of business. 4.It is the duty of the petitioner to get prior permission from the authorities concerned and after getting prior permission from the authorities, the police is directed not to physically harass the petitioner. 2/4

At the same time, it is the duty of the petitioner to oblige the orders of the police.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is closed.
