ORDER

Maravankudi Iruppu Primary Agricultural Services Cooperative Bank has filed this writ petition as against the order of the first respondent. The first respondent has passed an order dated 04.04.2019 directing the Co-operative Bank to disburse the gratuity amount of Rs.50,000/- to the second respondent. As against which, the petitioner/Co-operative Bank has filed the present petition.

2.When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side submits that pending writ petition, the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioner/ Co-operative Bank and the second respondent. For non-payment of gratuity, an attachment order was passed and therefore, the petitioner/Co-operative Bank has settled the issue with the second respondent and paid the gratuity amount. 3.Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
