Prayer:-This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 4.5.2015 and disburse the award of compensation to the petitioner's land situated in S.No.409/3-A and 409/3-C at S.Paraipatti village, Athur Taluk, Dindigul District and pass orders within a stipulated time.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 4.5.2015 and disburse the award of compensation to the petitioner's land situated in S.No.409/3-A and 409/3C at S.Paraipatti village, Athur Taluk, Dindigul District and pass orders within a stipulated time.
2. Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha, learned Standing Counsel for TNEB takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Standing Counsel for TNEB appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 4.5.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
