ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's online representation dated 26.03.2025, seeking survey of the land in Survey No.523/3A at Arasanur Village, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the property situated in Survey No.523/3A in the above mentioned village under a registered Sale Deed dated 15.10.1990. Subsequently, the Patta for the subject property also transferred in the name of the petitioner in Patta no.1564. The petitioner submitted an online application before the 2nd respondent on 26.03.2025 in A.No.2025/0123/23/007658, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the 2nd respondent would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Mr.G.Mohan Kumar, learned counsel representing Muniyasamy, Muthumalaisamy, Chellasamy and Andisamy submits that his clients have filed impleading petition seeking their impleadment in the writ petition on the ground that they have got interest over the subject property.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 26.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties namely Muniyasamy, Muthumalaisamy, Chellasamy and Andisamy, who are said to have filed impleading applications within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the 2nd respondent 3/6
requires the details of the impleading parties to issue notice, the impleading parties are directed to furnish their full details with postal address to the 2nd respondent within one (1) week from today. The 2nd respondent shall complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
