ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to order reinvestigation of the case in S.C.No.467 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District Judge No.IV, Tirunelveli.
2.It is seen from the records that this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12344 of 2018 has already directed the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli to conduct the trial on day to day basis and conclude the entire trial proceedings within a period of three months.

3.In view of the above direction given by this Court, this Court does not deem it fit to entertain this petition seeking for reinvestigation.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has raised many factual issues in this case. It is left to the petitioner to raise all these grounds before the Court below in the course of trial and in order to defend his case.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the court below to consider the case purely on the basis of merits without being influenced by any of the observations made in the order dismissing earlier bail application. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
