ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 188, 353 and 506 (ii) I.P.C. and Section 3 of the TNPPDL Act and seeks anticipatory bail 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is yet to be fixed as accused in this case. If there are any materials which are required to be implicated, the Police would issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioner to approach this Court, if necessary.

3.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
