ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Susikumar , Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. Albert James, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the first and second respondents this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time for two weeks period for producing sureties before the Special for SC/ST Act cases, (POA) court, Ramanathapuram in Crime No.170 of 2022 by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9021 of 2022, dated 11.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners suffered viral fever and they are not able to mobilise the fund and they could not execute the said order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.6522 OF 2022 within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
