RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition of the order dt 04.04.2022 made in Crl.o.P.(MD).No.6156/2022 on the file of this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders and to pass such further. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ANGUSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6156 of 2022 on 04.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6490 of 2022 No.6156 of 2022 on 04.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
