ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 302 I.P.C @ Sections 147, 148, 324, 302 I.P.C r/w Section 120(B) I.P.C @ 324 and 302 I.P.C r/w Section 34 I.P.C in Crime No.43 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The allegation of the prosecution is that by their willful https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ absence, the accused in this case is delaying the conclusion of the committal proceedings. It is also submitted by the prosecution that

two of the accused are life convicts. The petitioner was produced only on P.T.Warrant. Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai is directed to conclude the committal proceedings within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since such direction has been given, it is not necessary to consider the bail at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
