ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent i.e., The secretary to Government, Public Health Department, Chennai to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners representations dated 27.4.2015, 29.04.2015 & 04.05.2015 based on the orders dated 25.02.2015 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and earlier orders passed by the Government in G.O. (D) No.359, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 26.04.2004 within a specified time.

2.Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue involved, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 27.4.2015, 29.04.2015 and 04.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording the petitioners an opportunity of being heard. If on a specified date the petitioners do not appear for personal hearing, orders may be passed based on the available records after recording the absence of the Party/Parties. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
