O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant parole for 6 months to the petitioner's husband namely C.Raja, S/o.Chelladurai, detained as convicted prisoner in Central Prison, Madurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

petitioner sent a representation dated 13.05.2015 to the respondents which has been forwarded by the third respondent and the same is pending for consideration.

4.Considering the submission made, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the papers sent by the third respondent seeking parole in which, the parole has been sought for the petitioner's husband, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
