Swaminathan, Advocate for the appellant and of Mr.T.Arul Advocate for the respondents 1 to 5 and the respondents 6 to 9 appearing in person or by an Advocates, this court both order and Decree as follows : (i) that the Judgement and Decree of the first Appellant court daed 03.01.2006 passed in A.S.No.9 of 2005 reversing the Judgement and Decree of the III Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy dated 30.06.2000 passed in O.S.No.1588 of 1993 be and hereby are confirmed and the second appeal is DISMISSED ; and (ii) that there be no cost in this appeal.
