Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.C.RATHNAVEL PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 04.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Due to lock down owing to COVID19 pandemic situation, the petitioner is not in a position to appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 04.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4540 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
