Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PITCHAI MUTHU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted by this Court with regard to the execution of sureties in Crl.OP(MD) No.6202 of 2022 dated 07.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.6202 of 2022 dated 07.04.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.6202 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
