Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PITCHAI MUTHU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted by this Court with regard to the execution of sureties in Crl.OP (MD)No.18310 of 2021 dated 30.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to produce sureties. Due to ill health, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.18310 of 2021 dated 30.03.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 30.03.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.21060 of 2021 Crl.OP(MD)No.18310 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
