O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she sent a representation dated 26.02.2025 to the respondents for the chit fund amount, but no action was taken. Therefore, she has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that they received the representation from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry by the 2nd respondent and they have also issued summons to the concerned parties. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within fifteen days.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the 2nd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the representation and the same is under enquiry, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the Page No. 2 of 4

representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2025 and act in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
