Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.BALASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition.
2. This Court, by an order dated 12.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7613 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).
4. According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 20.08.2020 and the investigation is substantially completed.

5.
