(MD) No. 7870/2022, Dated. 28.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. CHANDRABOSE.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for two weeks period for producing sureties before the JM, Vadipatti, in Crime No.100 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.7870 of 2022, dated 28.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to severe viral fever, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.7870 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.7870 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
