O R D E R

Seeking permission to demarcate and survey the land in S.No.98-6A measuring an extent of 0.98.0 ares situated at Arasamalai Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Puthukottai District and also seeking police protection at the time of survey, the petitioner made representation to the respondents dated 29.04.2015. But the same has not been considered till now, the petitioner is before this court with this Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records carefully.

3. Admittedly, the representation is pending consideration of the first respondent. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this court is inclined to direct the respondents to take appropriate steps either to give permission to the petitioner for survey the land or otherwise after hearing the petitioner as well as any third party who has rights and involved. This practice has to be done within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
