ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) reports that the dispute between the parties regarding the conduct of St. Anthoniyar Church festival has been amicably settled and nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2.Since the festival has already been conducted pursuant to the compromise entered into between the parties, recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
