CR.No. 01 OF 2020 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the Honourable court made in Crl.OP(MD).No.6555 of 2020 Dt.23.6.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 23.06.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 01.09.2020.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is, hereby, modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
