The petitioner is the brother of one kali @ Kalimuthu @ Vellakali. The said person is incarcerate in the Central Prison, Coimbatore. The present petition has been filed alleging threat to the said Kali, whenever he is taken from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Madurai for producing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the said person Kali is taken only with armed police and he has also submitted that adequate protection is being given at the time of transferring and producing him before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.
