2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.This Court went through the contents of the First Information Report. But, they had tried to commit theft of sarees that have been kept

for sale. Taking note of the nature of allegations made in the First Information Report, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are not entitled to grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
