JUDGMENT

************** The present Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 08.10.2001 made in C.M.A.No.7 of 2001, on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, modifying the Award dated 29.12.1999, made in Award No.8/99-2000 by the Special Tahsildar [ADW], Sankarankovil.

2. Today, when the Second Appeal is taken up for Admission, it is fairly reported by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellant that as per the Judgment and Decree dated 08.10.2001 made in C.M.A.No.7 of 2001, on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, modifying the Award dated 29.12.1999, made in Award No.8/99-2000 by the Special Tahsildar [ADW], https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sankarankovil, the entire Award amount was already deposited by the appellant and the same has also been withdrawn by the claimants/respondents and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Second Appeal.
