ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.458 of 2022, for the offence punishable under Sections 454 and 380 IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.08.2022, the accused had stolen Gold Jewelry from the defacto complainant's house. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the first accused, who has committed the offence has been secured and the respondent police has recovered a visiting card of Sri Esha Gold Mortgage Redemption Firm, which belongs to the petitioner herein.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
