RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for further period to appear before the concern Magistrate Court as directed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5920 of 2020 in and by its order dated 11.06.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 11.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5920 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.

10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru, within a period of eight weeks. According to the petitioners, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners were not able to appear before the Magistrate concerned, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 11.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5920 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the credit of St.Thomas Old Age Home, Donbosco Beautitudes Social Welfare Centre, No.50, Sundaram Street, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
