RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.11912 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 16208 / 2021 dt 03/12/2021 and pass Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. NARAYANAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11912 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16208 of 2021 on 23.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6500 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.11912 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16208 of 2021 on 23.12.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
