Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue the tender application to the petitioner for transportation of goods from the godown of Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation to fair price shops based on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2015 and 12.06.2015 and to allow the petitioner to participate in the tender process which is scheduled to be held on 23.06.2015 at 01.30 p.m in the second respondent Society. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that after filing this Writ Petition, the third respondent has passed an order dated 24.04.2015 denying certain relief to the petitioner herein. Hence, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seeks liberty of this Court to challenge the order dated 24.04.2015. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 24.04.2015 in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
