ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) and 494 IPC in Crime No.32 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing an undertaking affidavit has been filed for depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- in the bank account of the defacto complainant every month. This liability shall commence from August 2018 onwards. This is only an interim arrangement. It does not foreclose the rights of the parties. They are left open.

4.Recording the undertaking given by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 5.The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C scrupulously.
