Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to revise the petitioner scale of pay as Rs.930034800 Plus GP 4400 as fixed to the post of Special Grade Electrician with par to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in RC.No.2452/E1/11 dated 5.1.2012 in the light of the order passed by the Honourable Court in WP(MD).No.10288/2014 dated 8.2.2018 which was confirmed by the Division Bench in WA(MD).No.148/2019 dated 24.7.2019.
