DECREE : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgement and Decree of the Lower Appellate Court and the court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Arumugam, Advocate for the Appellant and of the respondents not appeared either in person or an Advocate this Court while dismissing the appeal, doth order and decree as follows :- (i)that the Judgement and Decree passed by the Sub Court, Valliyoor in A.S.No.19/2007 dated 19.09.2007 confirming the Judgement and decree of the Additional District Munsif, Nanguneri in O.S.No. 101/2000 dated 18.03.2005 be and hereby are confirmed.
