When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents reports that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner herein, enquiry was conducted and the cattles left under the care and custody of one Nallammal, mother-in-law of the petitioner herein, was returned back to the petitioner. Pursuant to that, the complaint was closed and a closure report, dated 19.05.2019 also furnished to this Court, for perusal.
