RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5489 of 2021, dated 19/04/2021 to appear before the Respondent Police, Kamuthi instead of appearing before the Ellairampannai police station at Virudhunagar district.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. BANUPRASATH .P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5489 of 2021 dated 19.04.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 19.04.2021 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He would further submit that the petitioners are resident of Virudhunagar and they have to go to Ramanathapuram to comply with the conditions. Hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditions from 09.07.2021 to 15.07.2021.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Elayirampannai Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
