This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 04.04.2015 and 12.06.2015 to disburse the pension benefits of the petitioner's predeceased father K.Sakkanan to the petitioner and other legal heirs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned counsel for R2 has submitted that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement among themselves before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court and the petitioner has also agreed to withdraw the present writ petition as per the clause in the agreement. A copy of the Mediation Agreement dated 05.10.2015 has also been produced before this Court.
3. In view of the above submission, this petition is closed. The Mediation Agreement dated 05.10.2015 shall form part of this order. No costs.
